We will check availability and contact you within 24 hours.

If your preferred date is available, we will send you a secure payment link.

Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been completed.

No payment is required when submitting your booking request.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before the tour.

• 50% refund for cancellations made 2–6 days before the tour.

• No refunds for cancellations made 1 day before, on the day of the tour, or for no-shows.

Important Information

Guests must be 20 years of age or older.

A valid photo ID may be required.

Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

The itinerary may change due to weather or traffic conditions.

Tours operate in light rain.

If Hidden Trails Japan cancels the tour due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
