Refund Policy
Digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
For tour bookings, refunds are subject to the Cancellation Policy provided at the time of booking.
Tours operate in light rain. If Hidden Trails Japan cancels a tour due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances that make the tour unsafe, guests will receive either:
• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule the tour.
