This is a tour reservation service. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping fees apply.
追加料金（商品価格以外）/ Additional Fees
昼食代、飲み物代、集合場所までおよびツアー終了後の交通費、個人的な買い物、お土産代などは、お客様のご負担となります。詳細は各ツアーページをご確認ください。
Guests are responsible for lunch, beverages, transportation to the meeting point and after the tour, personal purchases, souvenirs, and any other expenses not expressly listed as included on the tour page.
商品配達期間・サービス提供時期 / Service Delivery
本商品はツアー予約サービスのため、配送される商品はありません。
ご注文後、予約確認フォームに48時間以内にご回答ください。フォームの内容と空き状況を確認後、予約確定メールをお送りします。予約確定メールを受信した時点で予約が確定します。
予約確定メールには、確定したツアー日程、集合時間、集合場所、その他必要な情報を記載します。ご希望の日程で催行できない場合は、代替日をご案内するか、全額返金いたします。
This is a tour reservation service, and no physical product will be delivered.
Please complete the Booking Confirmation Form within 48 hours after placing your order. After reviewing your information and availability, we will send you a Booking Confirmation Email. Your reservation is confirmed only when you receive this email.
The Booking Confirmation Email will include the confirmed tour date, meeting time, exact meeting location, and other important details. If we cannot accommodate the selected date, we will offer an alternative date or provide a full refund.
決済方法とタイミング / Payment Methods and Timing
チェックアウト画面に表示されるクレジットカード、PayPalその他の利用可能な決済方法をご利用いただけます。代金はご注文時に決済されます。
Available payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal, are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed when the order is placed.
返品期間 / Returns
本サービスは日時を指定したツアー予約のため、商品の返品・交換はありません。キャンセルおよび返金については、以下の返金ポリシーが適用されます。
As this is a date-specific tour reservation service, returns and exchanges do not apply. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policy below.
返金ポリシー / Cancellation and Refund Policy
- ツアー開始日の7日前まで：無料キャンセル・全額返金
- ツアー開始日の2～6日前：代金の50％を返金
- ツアー開始日の前日・当日、または無断キャンセル：返金不可
- キャンセル期限は日本標準時（JST）を基準とします。
- 主催者都合、悪天候、その他やむを得ない事情によりツアーを中止した場合は、全額返金いたします。
- キャンセルをご希望の場合は、Contactページまたはメールでご連絡ください。
- Free cancellation with a full refund up to 7 days before the tour.
- A 50% refund is available for cancellations made 2–6 days before the tour.
- No refunds are available for cancellations made 1 day before the tour, on the day of the tour, or for no-shows.
- All cancellation deadlines are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
- If we cancel the tour due to operational reasons, severe weather, or other unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
