2. We will check availability and contact you within 24 hours.
3. If your preferred date is available, we will send you a secure payment link.
4. Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been completed.

No payment is required when submitting your booking request.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before the tour.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or for no-shows.

• A valid photo ID may be required.
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, as the tour includes approximately 20 minutes of walking between locations.
• Some optional workshops at the INAX Museums require an additional fee and may be subject to availability.
• The itinerary may change due to weather, traffic conditions, or museum operating schedules.
• Tours operate in light rain. If Hidden Trails Japan cancels the tour due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
